2. Training activities:

  • Orientation training: All new employees attend these training programs to understand their responsibilities in working, understand which related processes and policies they have to follow and especially understand core values and working environment of the company.
  • Technology training:

Regularly coordinate with technology vendors such as Cisco, HP, Dell, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, APC, Emerson, ect to train salespersons and technicians so that they can update new technologies and improves their knowledge and skills.

Researching materials, learning and taking technology certification exams are regular activities that take place inside or outside CMCSI SG (domestically or overseas).

  • Professional knowledge training and working skills training: Periodically assess employees, define training needs and organize training courses to help them achieve working objectives as assigned.
  • Soft skills training: To assert that CMCSI SG is a professional IT services provider, we usually assess how professional the employees are in communicating and taking care the customers to coach soft skill effectively. 
  • Succession planning: Focus on assessing, selection and training key persons to prepare human resources for positions of leaders, managers in the future according to long-term development objectives of CMCSI SG as well as CMC Corporation.
  • Movement of self-learning and sharing knowledge: Encourage the employees to study and share knowledge with colleagues to develop together. Especialy, reading books is an impressive cultural point as well as a learning habit of all employees at CMCSI SG in the journey of developing knowledge management system and master the technology trends.
